When the City of Brampton expressed a concern that the office tower and hotel component of Unipetro’s existing master plan for their 13.44-acre site was not properly oriented to Mississauga Road (a key north/south artery in Brampton), Unipetro turned to ATA Architects for assistance. Visuals were needed to demonstrate how the design of the initial buildings would be carried forward in the design of the towers, specifically for this phase of development that includes 2 office towers, one at 10 storeys high and the other at 8 storeys high, for a total of 16,868 square feet. The parking of 654 cars is being handled on grade and two parking garage structures will be incorporated as part of the office building designs.
